Consignment Intake Consignments will be accepted by appointment only from March 23rd through May 4.(please call 520-595-3400 to make an appointment)                                                                                                Early consignments will benefit from increased exposure through our marketing efforts and bidder network. Yard Hours (Preview & Intake | May 4 – May 16): Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Sunday: Closed Bidding Timeframe Bidding will open Saturday, May 16, and lots will begin closing Friday, May 22nd in a timed, staggered format with soft close extensions. This ensures a fair and competitive bidding environment, allowing bidders to actively participate through the closing process. Load-Out Window All items must be removed from the auction yard no later than May 29. Buyers are responsible for arranging transportation; however, load-out assistance will be available on-site. All items must be paid for in full prior to removal. Off-Site Items Some items may be located off-site and will not be available for pickup at the auction yard. Buyers of off-site items will be required to schedule pickup directly with BidWest Auction Group, and additional details will be provided within the item description. Payment & Terms All items sell as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. An 8% buyer’s premium will be added to all purchases. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, wire transfer, and credit or debit card. All purchased items must be paid in full within 48 hours of the item’s closing. Payment must be received in full before any items will be released to the buyer.
